My first flight was at ten days old — Switzerland to Luxembourg. Curiosity has carried me a lot further since: more than 110 countries, through a couple of long overland trips, my work with an international organization that has taken me to duty stations across several continents, and the journeys in between. Speaking six languages has helped me get closer to the people I've met along the way.

This site brings together photographs, expeditions, and projects from underwater environments, polar regions, remote landscapes, and the communities that live in them.

Photography has been one of my main way of documenting it. A particular focus has been scuba diving and underwater photography, which opened a window into marine life that often stays unseen.

I've also been closely involved with The Explorers Club, including as a former Board Member, working on youth education, sustainability, and widening access to exploration — through Explorers Cubs, the Sustainability Committee, bringing in more members from developing countries, and joining Flag expeditions.

What matters most to me is exploration not as performance, but as a way of staying curious, inspiring others, and remaining open to what can still be learned.
